Ali is Executive Director of England Rugby, one of the sport's most senior leadership roles, helping shape the strategic direction and future growth of the game in England. She founded Scrumqueens.com, which was an award-winning website widely recognised as the leading independent voice in women’s rugby, and author of Scrumqueens: The Story of Women’s Rugby, which was shortlisted for multiple awards.

With more than 25 years' experience across sport, communications and public affairs, Ali has held senior leadership positions in government and sport, including serving as spokesperson to two UK Prime Ministers, as a member of Sport England's executive team and she was the CEO for More than Equal, an organisation dedicated to finding female talent in motorsport. She is a passionate advocate for women’s sport and increasing opportunities for women across every level of the game.

She is a Trustee for the Women’s Sports Trust.

Managing Partner, M&C Saatchi Sport and Entertainment

Jenny is a Managing Partner at M&C Saatchi (Sport and Entertainment) with over 15 years of experience in sport, focusing on women’s sport since 2017. She works on major UK women’s sports partnerships, including Barclays x Women’s Super League and O2 x Red Roses. Jenny played a key role in PR and communications for UEFA Women’s EURO England 2022.

She also serves on the UNICEF UK Sports Board, and mentors for the Department of Business and Trade’s Women’s Sport Accelerator programme. A dedicated rugby fan, Jenny has appeared across the BBC, Channel 4, the FT, and more advocating for greater support for women in the sport.
