Terms of service.

Membership is currently free. Women of Union Ltd reserves the right to change this in the future to cover operational costs if required. Members will be notified prior to any changes

• Membership is open to anyone working in rugby, or anyone with a deep connection to the game, though members understand that our programmes and support will primarily be targeted at women or anyone who identifies as a woman. 

• Membership is for people aged 18+. 

• Where meetings or events are held, we observe Chatham House Rules. If media are at events and this does not apply, this will be made clear. 

• Get involved! If you as a member have something you want to share, please share it privately with our founders and committee or publicly on our social channels. If you have an idea for what the organisation should be doing - tell us!

• Respect other member’s privacy and confidentiality

• The organisers have the right to revoke membership 

• By joining Women of Union you give consent that you are happy to receive communications from us

• Any changes to the terms of membership will be communicated to all members
